Terms and conditions

These terms cover orders placed with Dethloff Manufacturing, LLC through this store. Placing an order means you accept them. They sit alongside our shipping policy and our returns and refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline an order or cancel it and refund you in full — for example where a part is discontinued, a price or description is wrong, or we cannot verify the payment or shipping details.

Parts are made to order. Current build time is 4-6 weeks before shipment, and that is a build time rather than a delivery date. We will tell you if your order is running longer.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Prices include free UPS ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states and exclude any duties or taxes on shipments leaving the United States.

Fitment

The vehicle selector and the fitment listed on each product page tell you what a part fits. You are responsible for choosing the part that matches your vehicle. If you are unsure, email sales@dethloffmfg.com before ordering and we will confirm it.

Installation and use

Our parts are aftermarket equipment for trucks. Installing them can affect the vehicle's factory warranty, its weight and its handling, and some parts may not be legal for use on public roads in every jurisdiction. Installation should be carried out by someone competent to do it, following any instructions supplied. You are responsible for confirming that a part is legal where you drive and that it is fitted correctly.

Warranty

Coverage beyond the returns policy above is handled case by case. Email sales@dethloffmfg.com with your order number and photographs and we will tell you where you stand.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a part is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

Disputes

Contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Email sales@dethloffmfg.com or call (909) 319-6352 — almost every problem is resolved faster directly, and we need the chance to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
