Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders ship UPS ground. There are no exceptions and no product-specific shipping charges.

Domestic

We regularly ship to the lower 48 of the United States. For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact sales@dethloffmfg.com before placing your order. These are quoted individually rather than calculated at checkout.

Canada and border holding brokers

We regularly ship to Canada via UPS, and to holding brokers inside the US near border crossings. If you live near the US border or are willing to make the drive, using a holding broker has been a consistent way to save the time and cost of cross-border customs using UPS. You will still pay customs fees on your purchase when you cross back into Canada but you will not pay the UPS brokerage fee. For orders shipping to Canada, please contact sales@dethloffmfg.com before placing your order.

Other international

Please contact sales@dethloffmfg.com if you wish for an item to be shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada. International orders are quoted individually. Any duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

Build time

Parts are fabricated to order, not pulled off a shelf. Current build time is 4-6 weeks before an order ships. This is a build time, not a delivery estimate — transit is additional. If your order is running longer than quoted, email sales@dethloffmfg.com and we will tell you where it stands.

Damage and shortages

Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report shipping damage or a missing item to sales@dethloffmfg.com within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs, so we can file the carrier claim and get a replacement moving.
