How it works

  1. Send your details

    Fill in the form below. Name, email, which service, and whether you are currently serving.

  2. Send your proof

    Email a photo of your military ID, department ID or discharge papers to sales@dethloffmfg.com. One document is enough.

  3. Get your code

    It gets checked by hand and your code comes back by email. This is a one-man shop, so a person reads it rather than a service.

The details

  • First responder means police officers, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics.
  • Your document is used to verify you and then deleted. It is not stored and it is not shared.
