The crossbars are constructed of 2.0x.120\" DOM to provide high load capacity while keeping the crossbars lightweight. The rack and crossbars are all joined using custom roll-cage style tubing clamps - dead simple, reliable, extremely strong - which allow for the crossbars to be moved anywhere along the straight section of the rack or to be completely removed.
